I started with a corsair spec-02 and tbh it's only good if u have a mini-itx or a micro atx motherboard with a small power supply but if u have a full atx motherboard in it its not worth it especially if up a water cooler in it and tbh I would spend more than 30$-50$ since you should never cheap out on ur case

My recommendation is a nzxt s340 or a nzxt phantom 240

Where in the world do you get the idea that you should never cheap out on the case? IT provides no performance increase. You can literally put a $20 case in with a $2000 build and be just fine.

The NZXT Source 210, Source 210 Elite, Source 220 or S340 will all be just fine choices. Also $60 isn't exactly not cheaping out, oh and the NZXT Phantom series isn't exactly quality compared to a lot of there other cases.

I spent 80$ on my case and cheaper ou on it and all my parts inside my case is worth 2000-3000$ and the case is too small for everything that I've got, there is such thing as cheating out on my case, I had w spec-02 and hated it because of the cheapness and the lack of quality for my money, and dude the phantom series has a pretty good line up for entry and enthusiast builds and the phantom 240 is a pretty good beginner case since it fits everything you need and has good air flow and it's cheaper than the s340

If you want a cheapish quality PC case that can damn near fit 3-4 GPUs, 6 HDDs, 1 SSD, ( Though I believe some of the 3.5inch bays can be used for SSDs ). Can old an extended ATX Board, full size PSU. Here http://pcpartpicker.com/part/phanteks-case-phes614pcbk $90, though 90% of the time an NZXT Source 210/Elite or Source 220 OR Source S340 is ALL anyone needs for the average PC. There is no need to spend more then $100 on a case ( coming from someone who spent $160 on there case ). It just isn't needed, most of the times what these cases include like RGB, fan controllers ect you can always buy later down the road.

That is a pretty good case for the money and so is the s340 but cramming 3-4 gpu's In that case so close together would cause massive temperature increase and maybe not enough air flow for the gpu's but u can still fit 2 gpu's in there not 3-4

And sometimes some people want full atx cases to put custom water loops or have 280mm rads or 240mm rads and still want a lot of space in the case, that's the point to buy cases higher than 100$ but if ur on a budget than 80-150$ cases r for u like the s340 and the case he showed and the corsair 450d which is a pretty good case

Most people who are truly into watercooling and do it just because usually buy those insane $200-$400 Caselab cases that can fit like 3x 360-420mm rads.

The case I linked can fit a 360-420mm Rad in the top along with a 280mm in the front and still have have room for 2x 120mm in the bottom of the case and 1x 140m in the rear.

1.u can't fit a 360 or 420mm rad at the top

2.you can only put a 240mm at the top and a 120mm at the back because there's only 120mm single rad

3.if u put a custom loop in here it be massively tight and ud have to get rid of some drive bays to put ur reservoir and pump into it

4. It's easier to build a custom water loop in a full atx case because you'd have more room for tubing too cool ur 2-4 gpu's plus ur cpu plus having 2 reservoirs and have a pump in there with a 280-360 rad on Top and more rads everywhere

5.if the corsair 780t can't support a 420mm rad on the top this case can't support it nor a 360mm rad

People will gladly sacrifice 5.25 bays lol. That is plenty cooling unless someone wants to go balls to the walls and get like 2-3 420mm Rads

True say but for people that won't do custom loops they don't need 360mm rads but want a 280mm rad that's a closed loop and that's why they want a big case with w big top to support 280mm rads plus other rads and have more space for air flow so when u have a lot of gpu's and a small space it would bring up the head temps drastically
