I want to upgrade my existing PC but i don`t want to buy a new PSU.

It would be enough for two 980's.

 

8320 is a little weak for a 980 though.

Yes, it will handle it.

But keep your CPU if you plan only on gaming that FX8000 series wont make much of a difference in your gaming performance. Just step up your GPU and save money for i5 later.
