Maximus VIII Formula or Sabertooth Z170 Mark 1?

Which one is better? I chose these two because I like the armour.

The RGB of the formula is cool, and it also has ROG features so I assume it will overclocking better.

On the other hand the sabertooth has way better thermal control and fan headers, as well as better dust protection and armour. I also believe that it will be cheaper.

Which one would you pick; please elaborate on the given answer. :)

ROG doesn't necessarily mean that it'll overclock better. It's a high-end Z170 board so it'll be pretty much the same, choose one with features that you find more compelling

Neither, gigabyte z170x gaming 7 or gigabyte z170 g1 sniper, dunno about asrock's boards. Asus's VIII ROG lineup seems dull, IMO only their z170-a board seems compelling.
