Programming Laptop?

MacBook 15", is this any good for the task and the max ram is 32gb ddr3 any that can fit right laptop ram of course? Also what other upgradable components are there? And would this be sufficient ( the core) for csgo if I got an external gpu? 120fps would be god like but I know csgo is CPU intensive so I don't know exactly as I know very little about laptop CPUs, also it's turbo boost is 4GHZ.

Programming requires very little resources, an i3 and 4GB RAM is even enough. More will help ofcourse.

I would say that get a cheap laptop, and spend the rest on something else. Programming isn't that demanding

eh I got a sweet PC plus sound system tv steam account etc, just waiting on a few things from ces so not much else I really want

Hmmm. Programming? Well. I'd say something like a:

Lenovo Y50/Y700

Dell Inspiron 7559

MSI GE62/72

Clevo (Sager/Eurocom/Mythologic/TurboX/OriginPC and such)

And get something for 1000-1400$ and save the rest

You dont need a powerful pc for programming you could just get a laptop with a core m and 4gb ram that would be fine for programming, the thing you should look for in a laptop for programming is a great keyboard, and to be honest lenovo has the best laptop keyboard on the market.
