Getting a new CPU and Mobo reassurance.

Basically I was going to get a B85 Mobo + a i3-4170 though I then find out I can pay like an extra $20 to get a i3-6100 and B150 or H110 Motherboard so, Basically yeah "future proof". With this I would wait until Kaby Lake is released unless I die hard need a quad core CPU for whatever reason.

Basically my plan is to get  this

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor  ($128.80 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus B150M-A D3 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($66.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $195.79

Then get like a BeQuiet! Pure Rock or just about any cooler from BeQuiet! That I can afford then overclock the CPU.

I need to be reassured by 3 things,

1) I CAN overclock the 6100 on this board.

2) I can use my 4x4 Kit of DDR3 1333mhz Ram ( This will be a temp solution until I can afford 8GBs or 16GBs of DDR4 )

3) That I can plastidip/spray paint the little gold Asus Heatsink in the bottom rightish.

Edit; http://www.techspot.com/review/1108-intel-locked-skylake-cpu-bclk-overclocking/

Any asrock Z170 board with the updated bios

Ok what about the RAM thing?

Also i swear multiple people have told me I can overclock it using even a B150 though I must of been falsely told.

Alright thanks, are there any boards that support both DDR3 and DDR4 or is that not a thing? Otherwise I will just use DDR3 for the time being until Intel releases Kaby Lake or I absolutely need to buy a higher end CPU.
