How to have a windows installer and windows to go on the same flash drive?

So, I am getting a new flash drive soon, and I plan to make it a full crash plan drive. I want to have a full "to-go" version of Windows 10 installed on it, and on top of that a windows 10 installer. I know how to do each of these individually, but I see a problem in being able to boot either. If anyone has any tips on how I could install these in such a way that both are bootable or just generally get them to work it would be greatly appreciated.
