Is dual 6670s worth it?

Specs:

450 watt psu

amd fx 6100 processor

amd 6670 gpu

3 fans

wifi adapter

2 hard drives

disk tray

yeah that probably want the best way to explain my specs, but ask questions if its gonna help me please. I need to know if i need to upgrade my psu if i am going to get dual 6670s, and i need to know if that is even worth getting. Instead, should i get an amd 7870? and if i get that then how many watts should my psu require? i basically need to know which one is worth getting more than the other:

dual 6670 (may require new psu with higher watts) or 7870 +new psu with ?? watts

A 7870 would be better.

A 6670 CF averages out with a 6870 considering most games.

I am not entirely sure two 6670's can crossfire.
get a 7850/7870 and be happy. Also, what brand PSU do you have?

A decent 450watt is plenty to run a single HD 7870.

Corsair CX430 R2, EVGA, Seasonic, PC Power and Cooling, XFX, OCZ, NZXT. At least 500W and take your pick. Get 80+ or higher, and you can't go wrong.

Not worth it at all. In that situation it is much better to buy a more powerful single card. It is only worth putting high end cards into SLI/Crossfire.
