Computer crashing on boot

I have a Data911 police cruser computer, it worked fine before, now when I turn it on, winXP starts to boot, but durring boot it just shuts off, sound like the power is just cut off. 
What can I do?

Do you have any LED's or fans that could possibly short out on the case? Maybe it is your power button that is shorting out. Try to reroute your cables or something and see if there is any difference :)

Well, you actually removed the santa hat from the fans, so here's a proper response:

Yeah no clue, maybe a dead motherboard or PSU...

Yeah, you reminded me :)

But it seems to work now, after i booted Windows in safe mode

Yeah, now im just trying too get a good os on it (bye bye Windows xp)
