whats the difference with v1, i think it still only have 3 pins connectors (didnt properly read into it) .l

idk i want to know personally. Trying to persuade someone to pay the extra tenner.

btw you can just cut the extra pin off, no biggie because if you do it properly you can still plug it in.

I am using now nzxt sentry 2 but it just sux because i cant turn off fans with this controller. So i am looking for something like g-Vans GV-CT-6V

It would be great if it supported 8 fans.

As said the NZXT Grid+ V2 is a good option for 3 pin fans.

The GRID + V2 allows for individual fan control instead of just group control on the first version.

Yeah, thinking of picking one up. or get a splitter/converter. I'd like to avoid cutting off pins from a fan i payed extra for to have them .

But yeah really wondering what the difference is :P did a quick google search and nothing clear came up.

Bleigh!  Ever hear of AC series?

Exactly. I've been looing and I believe it came out in November/Decembeer.

Linus should well do a review. I hobe it's like the t-balancer but not as tricky.

Yeah, Never looked into T-balance but have heard it can be tricky. I think luke/linus review the grid v1

I read reviews. Problems with software etc/ Just don't want it/

Ok if you want to simplify it without extra software or controls and just use the motherboard's fan headers with splitters using the BIOS to do all the fan controls. Just note a good rule of thumb is 3-4 fans per headers to not overload it.

As I said I want controller like this one which I mentioned. That's all. I don't want to set anything in bios and have cables connected to mobo causing mess.

Ok for just a bay fan controller the Bitfenix Recon allows for that, and the Sentry 3 which have off states for the fans.

Both of them are up to 5 fans

And please, no lcd screen, my pc is bright enough with all leds on ram, gpu and mobo.

As long as the fan controller is up to the task you can always use splitters on the headers to allow for more fans, not to mention both allow the screen's back light to be turned off if desired.

Eh... it's really difficult to get straight simple answer.

I will do research by myself because it looks like I will end up with fan controller for 5 fans and after that I will have to find splitter which hopefully will work.

Maybe this, will see
