Ridiculous good VPS deal - A rinky dink?

So I found these guys in Lithuania through Exotic VPS.
 
They're offering a VPS with this configuration:

• 1x 2.4GHZ (E5 2630 v3)
• 512 MB RAM
• 20GB HDD Storage (Raid 6 and SSDs as cache)
• 500 GB Traffic
• 400Mbps per VM (10Gbps per Node)

for a freaking 15.84€ for two years.
 
The virtualization is sadly only OpenVZ.
 
Would sound like a scam, if they didn't offer Paypal as payment. Combined with European laws, that's a pretty good insurance (to my knowledge).
 
I already bought one of these puppies, although it has not been setup yet (~3hours since payment and (automated) acknowledgement by them).

Now I wonder what exactly I got here for my money.
 
Has anyone had any experience with them yet?

I've read good experiences with Time4VPS and their owner is active on another forum I frequent so I might pick one of these up for a project of mine.

Took some time, but it's up and running now.

 

Going to do some testing on:

 

• 2 x 2.4GHz (Xeon E5 2630 v3)
• 2048MB RAM + 1024MB Swap
• 80GB Storage
• 2 TB Traffic
• 400MBps

Will take some time to set it all up, since I got only a few minutes of time now. Will do that stuff when I'm home from work or I got some time.

Give this command a run, it'll do some basic network and disk IO benchmarks and output some specs of your VPS:

All of the specs look good until you see the disk IO which is less than a USB flash drive or SD card. Still usable, but not for remote desktop or anything like that and you can't even utilize the full port speed for downloads because the bottleneck will be the disk. I'll still order one, but I only need it for pinging.
