4790k on 8K

I know that this might be a stupid question but will the i7 4790k be able to handle 8K? like for gaming? and 8k movies?

Higher the resolution, less dependent the CPU becomes. A i3 can handle 8k gaming.

Can i ask what and how many gpu's are u planning to use for 8k gaming?

I just watch this video an on 8K my 4790k maxes out at 95% - 100% and a average of 90%

CPU usage doesn't usually depend very much on resolution, so a 4790k probably would be able to handle 8k.

Pro Tip: don't use flash when taking pictures of your build; use a longer exposure instead. Prop up your camera with something (preferably a tripod) if necessary.

This youtuber has quite a few videos with his 4790k testing 8k games. Cpu doesn't seem to struggle but gpu is different talk.

Everyone is not saying the fact that when we will start using 8K for gaming, these CPU's would be a bottleneck to the GPU being able to power 8K. 8K is FOUR TIMES the amount of pixels of 4K.
