Normal GPU usage?

My 390X has random spikes to 100% usage while sitting idle at desktop. Is this normal?

Gaming - Ryzen 9800X3D | 64GB 6400mhz cl30 | 9070 XT

Homelab - many servers...constantly changing.

i have seen this happen before to someone with a 144hz monitor though

 

btw you should change your sig to aftermarket 980ti > fury  > 980ti
