Arianet X-Viper. Is it safe? Clearly it isn't

He has until the end of the day to keep it or cancel it. How should i react, ive never seen it before.

 

EDIT: The power supplies(Powercool) made by this company seem to be bad, ive done my research so you visitors dont need to worry, get something else and avoid further hassle.

I've never heard of that brand, but it looks ok spec wise, maybe he should consider changing it if he can get an equivalent one from a more known PSU brand (corsair, OCZ, seasonic etc.) for a similar price.

First result, i hope this helps anyone thats about to get one of these power supplies, XFX or corsair people.
