550W should be enough for both at stock. 600W will easily overclock both. But I wouldn't OC the CPU. Not really worth it.

Those are the 2 parts that will eat most of the wattage. Also I'm re-purposing a pre built system so I already have that CPU and trying to save money. Thanks for answering the question tho

Wha shpul be my minimum PSU wattage? Either stock or OC for both CPU and GPU

They'll probably reach about 250W together.

A decent 500w would be plenty.
