No. It lacks USB out.

 

I would recommend taking a look at Novation, Korg, and Akai products.

Looks like a cheap toy and it looks like it doesn't have a data port so no, you can't

Can this be used with FL studio and Logic pro?

 

Yes. It allows for MIDI mapping and general MIDI.
