you need to have a compatible CPU socket to mount the CPU block and a compatible case to mount a radiator

In theory all cases have atleast a 120mm space for a rad at the back so I guess so?

if op is using a 10 year old PC with some ancient socket then no, there arent watercoolers with mounting hardware for those
