$700 Budget gaming rig

TechLaller

I need a budget $700 gaming rig based on the amd fx 6300. And mostly I will only be playing at 1080p all settings maxed out.
Processor AMD FX6300
Ram Kingston hyperx fury 8gb
Motherboard Asus m5a78l-m lx3
GPU zotac gtx 670 (second hand)
PSU corsair tx650
HDD Seagate barracuda 1tb

Actually I already have an odyssey cabinet and all other things...
And u might think that I chose an old gpu but that's because I will be gaming at 1080p only and this one I got it for 120$ so I bought it...

Well sorry to burst your bubble but the FX6300 is not the best CPU food your money and quite simply I cannot throw together a build without a exact budget. By budget you could mean $300 or $900

How budget is budget? Really your main expense is a GPU. I'm running
FX 6300 £80
Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 £250

8gb RAM £40

Msi gaming 970 motherboard £80

2 Kingston 120gb SSD's in RAID 0 £70

1tb WD green £40

Corsair 230t £65

of course the Mobo and SSD setup is overkill and cheaper cases can be bought but this is a pretty decent rig

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools - Douglas Adams

But guys the main idea behind an amd rig was that I will be playing at 1080p only and the point that amd is dirt cheap as compared to an i5 made me go for fx6300 .....

And another thing is that I might jusg buy a used processor and there is no used intel i5 available in my area. That's why I asked about the fx 6300

hummm, let's understand something here.

some of you believe one thing and some another. to make this a helpful thread,

please use the Op's template in the first post. you don't know their situation,

location or accessibility for the reason they are asking what they are requesting.

so help them on those lines. if you can't then move along. our community is a

helping one, but get all caught up in opinion preaching.

if you believe they are needing your off subject help, then inquire to why they

are not aware of XXX availability; rather than trash this member's thread with all

this flame war jibberish.. makes the community look really bad, especially some

of the attacks..

actually there is a used zotac gtx 670 available near my place for around 110$ so should I buy that or the r9 390 keeping in mind that I'll be doing 1080p gaming only. And isn't corsair tx650 going to be enough while leaving some room for overclocking
