Graphics card requirements

I want to buy the MSI GTX 960 2g graphics card but i don't know i my cpu and other hardware can handle it.

My cpu is an intel i5 3330, motherboard a gigbyte H77M-D3 and my power supply has 750Watts.

consider the r9 380 much more performance unless you need cuda power

R9 380 is 15% better on average
