Motherboard question (quickie)

Ok so I am building my pc. I see that you are supposed to connect the sata cable to the hard drive and the sata port on the motherboard. My motherboard has SE1_21, SATA3_4, Sata5, and Sata6. I hear you are supposed to put it in Sata1_2 but I don't have one. I have the msi Z170A pc mate. Which port do i use??

Ah, It doesn't matter.

Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3.10GHz - Intel Stock Cooler - Zotac Geforce GT 610 2GB Synergy Edition

Intel DH61WW - Corsair® Value Select 4GBx1 DDR3 1600 MHz - Antec BP-300P PSU

Doesn't matter which one you use.

Usually it is only important to use certain ports if you're using a lot of storage devices.
