Looking for a 140mm fan

Good evening guys,

 

Looking for a simple 140mm fan to throw in the front of my Fractal Design R4 to blow air on my reference GTX 980.

 

So, best 140mm fan? Hopefully something not too loud/.

This is more of a question than a response.
I was also looking for a a new fan a few moons ago and found this.

It has a amazing price:air flow:noise ratio and even better than some noctuas.
Does anyone have experience with this?
If this fan is legit it's very good.

If money isn't really an issue, a NF-A14 or Silent Wings 2 are both great options.
