well the radiator does not limit the number of fans... as you can see here.

 

 

its more the space it can take up inside your case, that you need to worry about.

It's just Minor, if you have good fans i would go for pull fans if you ever need/want to clean your rad you can just take the dust off instead of taking of some fans first^^

It only makes a difference if your fans aren't good enough to push air through the radiator in the first place.

I'd also ad that for the push pull it doesn't make a big difference on the AIO coolers because of how thin the radiators are. Once you start to get into the thick rads you notice a difference with a push pull configuration.
