Dead Pixels? Blurred Graphics?

I was wondering what exactly is wrong with the graphics and such, at first I was thinking it was just the monitor, then after getting a different one nothing improved.  Honestly after getting the newer one, the graphics continued to get worse.  I would really appreciate the help and everything please and thank you.

RMA your graphics card or get a new one is my best answer. Sorry about your problem.

Yup. That is a faulty GPU. Try underclocking it. If its a new GPU at stock clock speeds, RMA it.

Graphics card is broken, you need a new graphics card, or pass it under warranty.

I would reccomend downloading the Heaven Benchmarking Software. It might be possible you over clocked your hardware too much. You can change the clock speeds and see if the artifiacting goes away.

you got a faulty GPU, just RMA it if its recent if its old just get an new one
