What are your voltages and temps your running at??

Also it's best to not use P95 on Haswell Adia 64 or Intel XTU are better options since the give a more realistic stress tests. Also for long term stability your going to want to test for a few hours atleast.

You should be running AIDA64 or an older version of Prime95.

And you have to run it for hours to be sure its stable.
