Does anyone have these and what do you think of them?

are they too loud and would they work well on a rad?

They perform well and are loud. They're similar to iPPC Noctua's aside from the extra robustness and don't get as quiet on the lower end.

I have a total of  three JetFlo (red LED versions) running in my system. They aren't quiet when running near maximum RPM, but the amount of airflow, and static pressure they generate is pretty impressive.

 

I have two on my CPU cooler in push-pull.

 

It looks heck of a lot more better in person...with the deep red :)
