GTX 970 using over 3.5gb vram but no stutter?

Look at the video. my card is using over 3.5gb but no stutter like people say? look at other 970 tests and you can see they use over 3.5gb vram. Not as bad as people make it out to be.. maybe just an fps hit?

well the 3.5gb ram non problem has already been solved a few drivers ago I'm pretty sure.

Maybe it is a FPS hit, no way to really know(would need to compare it to a 970 with full speed 4GB, and one with no slow .5GB), but the stutter issues pretty much have been fixed. When people say its an issue, they are living in the past or too ignorant to change their claims.

well before vram was read at 5gb a few months ago... now it is working properly and over 3.5gb vram is being used and read correctly

No one actually takes the 3.5gb thing seriously. The 970 was always a great option.

yep i bought the card even after the 3.5gb scandal.. still new it was a good option for my 2nd builds budget
