What are possible states that uTorrent can still work in?

Aleksbgbg

For example, I probably can't download in hibernation mode but can I download in sleep? Screen off? etc.?

Always wondered

Thanks :)

Only possible when it's fully powered on.

Also, Tixati is better than utorrent.

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

Arguing with religious people is like explaining to your mother that online games can't be paused...

Don't use utorrent please. It's malware.

Use Qbit torrent or Deluge.

Explain? How is it malware?

It supposedly installed other software on your PC for their own profit.

No issues indeed, but if you want your PC to be used by them without you knowing about it and without you giving permission to do so... Feel free to keep using it.

Your internet connection must be on. Hibernation and sleep close all connections and shutdown drives. Locking, screensaver and full on are only ones that will work.

And to best torrenting software. I really like qBittorrent. After going with uTorrent, Bitcomet, Bittorrent, Deluge and Transmission.
