840 pro in Raid 0 with 850 pro is this okay?

I've got two ssds an 840 pro and an 850 pro. I thought before I bought my 850 pro that I already had one, but apparently its older than I thought.

 

They have about the same read and write speed, so I configured them in a raid 0 anyhow. I can't seem to find any benchmarking software that will test their speed for free so I wanted to know if I'm nerfing my pc by using these in a Raid 0 or is it fine.

Well I know it works I'm doing it already, I just wanted to know if I'm actually getting a performance increase by doing it still.

I did it doesn't work or there is something very wrong with my hard drives. It gives me very low numbers (like 8mbps)

Try Samsung magician it has a performance benchmark
