Thanks for that. Is there a TLDR?

You're welcome!

Hmm, a quick TLDR would be; buy Left 4 Dead 2, Insurgency, and Skyrim Legendary Edition. So you get one nice co-op game(if you have friends to play L4D2 with), a good multiplayer game, and a long singleplayer RPG modhaven video game that can keep you pulled in for hundreds of hours haha. But really, my post isn't that long :P

You can also check out /r/GameDeals, that sub-Reddit will start blowing up really quick when the Steam Winter sale starts, tons of people who own the games the threads are made about answer questions and can give short concise reviews if you're interested in a certain game.

Also if a game is giving you problems, check the PCGamingWiki for fixes, most games have wiki pages there now that give tips and steps on how to fix problems or even changing simple things in the game via .ini files and whatnot.
