Well without more info, a link, or an image, we can't help you........

I added the missing image.

It looks like those generic musical circuits you find on ebay, even though it could be any generic circuit that does something, where did you get it from?

The stars died for you to be here today.

Yeah, it's definitely a membrane button with an IC on a PCB. See if you can attach a speaker to the yellow wires and solder a wire to the empty solder joint. Connect a battery to the white and (Insert color here) and press the button.

Something should happen.

I think pot. Definitely looks like a COB blob though.

OP, what did this come out of and why do you want to use it?

Came out of the basement floor. Want to know what it does xD maybe I'll use it somewhere

what was it attached to, only thing I can think of if it was on the basement floor was a water/flood sensor but that circuit is too basic to be that.

It's not too basic for that. You could make a water sensor with two parts, an op amp and a buzzer or LED. Maybe 3 if you want a bias resistor to adjust sensitivity.

Probably the sound module out of a crushed toy.

Yes but most aren't a bare PCB like that usually a sensor with the board and rest of thing potted. Or it could be a listening device, OP time to move away!
