Stretch that budget by 20 USD and you can get a 380.

To be honest you should save up a little or get used. Maybe make a post in the classified, see if anyone is selling a good used 280x or 7970

Not trash, it's good for people who can't afford a 950 but don't want to be stuck with a 750Ti...

You can get a GTX 950 for $130 with MIR

look...your budget can afford a much better card than this...those cards are notorious for running hot and the ones that are not dead yet will certainly not last very long.

Also, this card in the video is backed by a VERY powerful CPU from intel and fallout 4 rely A LOT on your CPU performance as well.

I think you should shop for a GTX 950 which is a faster than that old 480 and soooooo much more energy efficient it will run cooler, will be quieter and will likely last YEARS longer as well:

the 4770k at 4.5ghz is doing most of the legwork there.

also this is among the least taxing part of the game...there are some areas in Lexington city for example where even my overclocked i7 and my GTX 980ti struggle to keep a constant 60FPS at 1440p...that GTX 480 won't stand a chance and will slow down to a crawl in those demanding sections of the game.

That happens on all hardware, nothing to do with GPU.
