Can Radeon R7 240 and nVidia Gtx 730 play moba games?

I need help on choosing the right gpu, I am only playing moba games and I have a intel g3258. What gpu should I get for the budget. My really max budget is $120.

Get at least an R7-250x, or GTX 650.

Yes they can but getting them is not suggested, you can easily get a GTX 750 Ti for $100-110 which is what I would suggest.

I had the 730 and it worked well for MOBA games. Got around 140+ FPS on LoL with max settings at 1080p.
