So to start of, I have been digging around a LOT and watched a LOT of reviews on hardware. During this digging i noted down what was good and what was bad. Now I am going to build my very first gaming pc aiming to max out settings in most possible games @ 1080 and 1440p. However i am in a bit of a predicament regarding cpu's and gpu's. Now a big heads up before you go all "But this is better! Get this one" I am in a limited market when it comes to parts because I am in Norway. Secondly i have a budget og around 9 500 - 10 000 Norwegian krones (1000 - 1150 USD)

Now onto parts:

Case: Fractal Design Define R5

CPU: Intel core i5-4460

CPU Cooler: CM Hyper TX3 Evo

GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 390 Nitro 8GB GDDR5

Motherboard: ASUS Z97-P

PSU: Cooler Master B650M 650W

RAM: HyperX Fury 2x4GB @ 1600MHz

HDD: Barracuda 1TB

SSD: HyperX Fury 120GB

Total Price 9 973 Kr or 1138 USD

I'm not sure how it will preform bit i think i managed to get the most bang for my buck with this build

Agree maybe bump to a 750w unit to allow overclocking room for the gpu if you want it. Those AMD cards do draw quite a bit of juice.

Not in that way. He'd be fine with 450W (550W for headroom) on that system + Nvidia cards draw around 30W less. I meant in the way of quality of the internal components.

Not the capacity, even 550W would be fine. It's not very good quality is the problem. Go here: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/406160-psu-ranking-and-tiers/ and pick anything from Tiers 1 or 2 between 550 and 650W that fits your budget.

I know but i always go buy the idea of a power supply is one of the components that should last multiple builds so although i didn't need an 850W at the time I got it it allowed me upgrades without even thinking about it. Also i agree just buying quality in the first place solves alot of headaches.

Couldn't find the OEM anywhere but by its early indications with full Japanese capacitors and other things it doesn't seem bad. No real reviews out yet though so hard to say definitively.

My Build:

People who bought it on the site say pretty much the same so it would indicate that there is no problems with it so far right?
