C70 window material

What is a good material to make the window out of? What material would be comparable to the feel of glass? Acrylic seems promising. Please post a link and I know the measurement but just don't know the material

Acrylic, just FYI there are people who do replacement windows already like MNPCTech.

I noticed that Ikea carried a 12"x12" piece of glass for $10 (CDN) and thought about whether or not that could work for my C70.  I would probably go for acrylic though.
