Fractal Design R5/R4

 

imo. Don't like M-ITX cases due to not having enough room for airflow and longer components etc.

If you wanna tight squeeze, ATX mini tower.

 

Don't really want to suggest a case, as your better of looking for one what suits your needs (as don't have your specs).

spec are  crap pc old core 2 duo or  something  similar

building  it to  sit  under my tv to watch movies

corsair air 240 would work pretty well

I dunno about smallest, but when I built my system, the cheapest case I could find was the deepcool tesseract. It can fit a normal graphics card just fine. I wouldn't necessarily call it small, but hey, that's 2/3.

build  qiality  is  not important  to me. just the  size

The node 304 is pretty damn small and it fits most regular GPUs. There is also the Cougar QBX which is about the same size.

 

If you want smaller you can get this azza case.
