Cloning software for mismatched drive sizes?

I will be cloning a Windows 10 500GB HD (only 50GB used) to a 250GB SSD.  Does anyone know of any reliable cloning software that can do this (Preferably free or free for 30days etc) ?

reduce the size of the partition in Windows. It might work, but I'm not sure.

I suggest Macrium - "Reflect". I've used it several times and it worked flawlessly.
