ASUS R9 390 FPS dropping?

So I have noticed that when I upgraded my raedon r9 270x to a asus r9 390 and installed all my drivers I noticed my fps dropping in payday, csgo ect. I dont know why and here are my specs

CPU: amd black edition 6300

GPU: asus r9 390 8GB

Motherboard: asrock extreme 3 970

ram: I have no idea what its called xD

Power supply: Corsair 750 W

are you on the latest drivers?

 

you need to download the Crimson Beta hotfix version

 

the original Crimson driver have a bug where the fan speed is stuck at 20%

 

your GPU might be overheating and throttling

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

AMD CPUs have had a known habit of framerate drops vs Intel CPUs. 
There does seem to be help for it, but I can't guarantee you will find all of the help needed.

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.
