Description of your issue: Volta continues to use LTT for promotional material, now for their new MAX cable line, even after they were dropped as a sponsor:

Have you tried solving your issue through the brand's customer support channel? If so, what was the result? No, just making those aware of Volta's shady practices. 

 

 

What would an ideal resolution of your issue look like? Volta should stop using LTT in promotional material.

I was JUST about to start a thread on this.  I gave up on Volta after the little debacle from one of their Kickstarters.

I did get the item, but it was lots longer than anticipated, and had to complain a few times.  

Oh, and their cables aren't that great.  They disconnect so easily.
