if your asking if the PSU Wattage is enough then yes

 

I highly recommended sapphire or MSI for the brand on the 390 though

 

i mean if the brand is cheaper then go for it, nothing wrong with power cooler

Powercolor currently have the cheapest 390 s in the US, idk about anywhere else.
