I'm not looking to play ultra, I'm fine with medium and low. Games i plan on playing are GTA V, fallout 4, Total war series, killing floor 2, sims 4.

How does this build do with these games? Any tips or recommendations is greatly appreciated. I am a newbie at this so any help will be very useful for me. Any tips to cut costs and improve effeciency is also welcomed.

Not bad. Get a WD Blue 1TB instead.

Can you leave some links to where i can find them or give me the whole name of the components?

It's literally just WD Blue 1TB, a quick google search would get you there.
