Razer Blade 14 QHD+

I've had a TON of issues with scaling on this machine. I cannot fathom why they would put a 3200x1800 resolution on a 14 inch display, but alas, I have had a hellish time trying to get everything to scale properly. I have turned my native resolution down to 1920x1080, as well as changed the icon size to 125%. When I do this, applications like Google Chrome, League of Legends, Hearthstone, etc begin to look fuzzy instead of crisp. So I swap the resolution back to native and everything becomes far too small (even with DPI scaling). The icons are fine when I turn scaling up, but I still have issues with the applications themselves. The window for League is extremely small, and nothing in-game scales properly. I've looked through settings in the file location and have not been able to change anything but in-game resolution. I wasn't sure if there was possibly another way that I could manually change applications to scale natively to the resolution?
