7870 Crashing Games

Go to solution Solved by skullbringer,

Uninstall all graphics drivers, use DriverSweeper to do a complete clean of gpu drivers and then do a fresh reinstall.

I recently got a 7870. I uninstalled the old nvidia drivers and installed the drivers from the AMD website. I looked in my main HDD and I found some old nvidia drivers from the old card. I deleted them and rebooted. I got a whole bunch of errors so I did a system restore. I get crashes when I change game setting. This didn't happen with my old card. I don't know if the drivers are there because my motherboard has a nvidia chipset. Thanks for any help, and if you have any question ask.
