I need alot of help from someone with a great deal of experince with software and os and computers in general, i recentally reset my pc and my sound is been gone since than ive done everything in my ability. I was hoping someone from the forums could help using teamviewer so that i could get going again since this is a very expensive computer

yes ive done that, I'm not experienced with this but ive done all the simple stuff I was hoping to find someone with  a lot more experience who could help me with teamviewer or something.

sounds like you dont have any basic drivers. go to your motherboard manufacturers website, and download new drivers. also make sure to fuly update windows and all that good stuff

well then you get some headphones or speakers and plug them in, then you should get sound.

If your title is anything to go by I suggest you plug in either a pair of headphones or a pair of speakers.

 

this is the error I get whenever I plug in my astro a40s and try to troube shoot them.
