980ti Or Wait For Pascal

Eruvador

Is it worth buying a 980ti now or better to save money and make a whole new build when Pascal is released?

Let me first say i know that Pascal is not said to be aimed at games however surely it is highly likely that they will bring out new gaming gpu's at the same time

Why does everyone think Pascal will be launched in a few hours?

Pascal is still around a year away.

Your choice also depends on your current hardware, your needs and budget.

If you'e going to wait for Pascal, might as well wait for Volta.

It's up to you. I would consider a 970/390 for the meantime and save a few hundred bucks, then go all out once next gen hits.
