Yea I think a new browser also triggers the 7 day trade-ban

I recently logged into a new browser does this mean I can't accept trades for 7 days?

yes, and that's retarded, i dont have a static IP, so every time i clear my cache or restart my router, i need to re-enter my OTP password and cant trade for a week, which means i can never shut off my PC in order to trade and it's impossible. i've never ever traded for the same reason, i simply can not.

I hate Steam for this reason I have static IP but the 7 day ban is stupid but I guess its for safety or what not. 

Do you play football/soccer?

The 7 day ban is quite annoying, but with the amount of real life money in skins that's constantly changing hands both legally and illegally it's understandable. It sucks that the rest of us have to suffer because some people can't tell the difference between mine and yours.
