960 is only good for MOBOs and stuff like that, most other things have to be on medium-low. Recomened 16 GB of ram. some other tweaks could be made here and there.

Does that mobo support overclocking? If not, then you don't need a k-skew cpu. It'd also be better to utilize dual-channel technology and get a 2x4 kit of ram instead of a single 8gb stick. And finally, for the $200 price point, the r9 380 tends to be the better card. And you'll need more storage space in the future, so a 1tb hdd should be a future addition.

Sorry, but as a 2gb 960 owner, that is utter hogwash. Sure, a 380 will beat it, but I still max Planetside 2, World of Tanks, Warthunder, MGSV, Elite:Dangerous, and many more. Also, 8gb is fine for todays standards.
