$1,500 build for a friend

ZiRoSenpai

Ello! My friend is finally deciding to build a PC. I would help him but I know too little about parts and what not. So! His budget is $1500 USD but he doesn't mind going a little over. 99% of the time going to be gaming and maybe streaming. Color scheme he wants: Black and Green (if possible). He will need all peripherals and OS except headphones. Thanks in advance! ^___^

@RyanMacRocks Definitely! And thank you. ^^

No problem, glad to help. Oh and I just realized that the RAM in the other build is cheaper so I would go with that since it will perform essentially the same.
