GDDR5 - Double Data Rate - Its the same as the RAM in your system (DDR3/4) meaning if the clock runs at 2000Mhz you would be getting an effective speed of 4000Mhz due to the fact that they can do two operations in one pulse ( 01,10 pulse)

and i also wanted to ask is e7400 with this card good? i used bottleneck calculator there said that card works great, but i'm not sure
