24-27" IPS monitor for a friend

Hey

friend old 24" monitor died and hes looking for a new 24" - 27" IPS monitor

hes not looking for any "gaming" benefit just the "best" picture quality 

 

he told me he wants a monitor picture like those "apple" monitors so i guess IPS is the best option for him

 

 

which one should he aim for ? i think DELL had few good models
