Monitor greyscale...i think...

I dont know how to call this,i dont know how to search it on google. The ting is i have  an AOC 28 inch M2870VQ and this happens, big pixels between my greys and blacks. On videos and in games

my card is a msi r9 380

 

The printscreen dosent show it good,but its visible ,the rest is fine,colors are great

we wouldn't be able to see monitor artifacts on a screen shot
