Help me choose monitor!

is this monitor good? Idk anything about monitors this is just one my friend got. i just recently built  a new gaming cpu and i need a new monitor with it!

EDIT :Can spend about 230 on a monitor.

I do watch movies and shit on it yeah, And no i mobas also.

then I would recommend you to go with a monitor that has an ips panel
